All orders are processed Monday through Friday within 48 hours of receiving an order confirmation.
For orders placed within the continental USA, complimentary shipping via UPS Express will be provided.
Global shipping is available via DHL International Express with a standard $25 flat rate for orders under $500 USD. For any rest-of-world orders that are over $500 USD, shipping will be complimentary. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and fees within their country that are the assumed responsibility of the customer. All orders will be insured to the full value of its contents.
Returns are permissible within 10 days of receiving the order. The product must be in new, perfect condition in order for a refund or exchange to be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling is non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are processed back to the original payment within 5 business days of receiving the item.
